A gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist that competitively binds pituitary receptors to prevent a premature LH surge in women undergoing ovarian stimulation.

Prevents a premature luteinizing hormone surge (LH surge) in women undergoing ovarian stimulation.

Orgalutran is a gonadotropin-releasing hormone antagonist that controls the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis by competitively binding to gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptors in the pituitary gland.
